Michael C. Krull

Vice President of Finance and Administration

Prior to joining Quinpario Partners, Michael was a Business Analyst for Solutia Inc.’s Advanced Interlayers division. In this position, Michael was responsible for all quantitative and statistical analysis, forecasting, budgeting and accounting aspects of the business.

Prior to joining Solutia, Michael served most notably as a Senior Tax Accountant with UHY Advisors MO, Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri, where he performed federal and state tax work for many large regional manufacturing companies, including several Fortune 500 companies. He began his career at Belgrade State Bank in Desloge, Missouri as a Branch Manager and Loan Officer, where he managed day-to-day operations and performed financial stability evaluations on all significant commercial loans.

Michael earned a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the St. Louis University John Cook School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri.
